Printing Blocks

Zinc, Brass or Copper blocks used in the letter press are manufactured for printing, foil stamping and embossing.

Polymer Blocks

Polymer blocks used in high quality letter press printing, computer stationary units are made from high quality polymer plates. The exposing and manufacturing of polymers are done under fully automated conditions for deeper etching. Etched polymers are UV light cured for consistent quality and longer life.
Polymers are supplied in 0.95 mm thickness, and if required wooden mounted.
Polymer blocks can supplied to a maximum size of 20" x 30"

Offset Plates

PS and wipe-on plates used right from baby offset to giant web offsets are made in dust free environment under the strict supervision for experienced personal.
Plate size vary from 10" x 15" to 30" x 40"

Flexo Plates

Multi colour flexo plates are used in the printing and packaging (flexo and corrugated box) industry are processed in GKS Process. The exposing and manufacturing of flexo plates are done under fully automated machines for deeper etching. Etched flexo plates are UV light cured for consistent quality and longer life.
Polymer plates can supplied to a in various thickness ranging from 2.8 mm to 4.5 mm and to a maximum size of 20" x 30"
